Care Instruction – Dfang Anti-Slip Mat [Please Read Before Purchase]
All Dfang mats are laminated with a strong scratch-proof d-film. If d-film is damaged, it will affect the waterproof function of the mats. Please note the following care instruction to protect d-film of the mat.
· Avoid pets pulling the mat with their teeth.
· Avoid pets using nails to scratch the surface of the mat or keep scratching the mat.
· To keep the anti-scratch layer more durable, please avoid using steamer, bleach or strong chemical detergent to clean the mat.
· The enhanced d-film layer is applied on the pattern-side of the mat. The scratch-resistant performance on the pattern-side is better than the bottom side (the side with the grey color).
· The anti-scratch function of this product means that pet’s nails are not easy to scratch through the front side of the mat during daily use. If pets continuously scratch or bite the product, or you contact the mat with a sharp object, there is still a chance that the product will be damaged.
· Please trim nails of pets regularly to avoid damage to the mat
Before you start using the mat:
· Before placing Dfang anti-slip mat, please wipe floor with a mild cleaning solution and water.
· When the product is just opened, it may have a slight odor. This is normal. Please place the product in a well-ventilated area to allow the smell to dissipate.
· Due to the way the mat is packed in a carton, you may find crease lines appear on the product when you first use the product. The lines will not affect the anti-slip and waterproof function of the mat. Just place the mat flat on floor for the lines to disappear.
· You may find the mat rolled up and not completely stay flat the ground when it is first opened. Please place the mat on the ground for it to become flat gradually.
How to care Dfang waterproof anti-slip mat:
· Avoid placing furniture on top of the mat
· Keep the product away from fire
· For daily cleaning, wipe the mat with a wet towel with warm water or mild detergent. Please avoid using bleach and strong detergent to clean the mat
· Avoid cleaning the mat with a brush
· If you cut the mat, the waterproof function may be damaged
· As pets defecate on the mat, please clean up as soon as possible. If stains remain, clean them repeatedly to remove the stains.
· Colored substances such as pets’ urine, juice, colored clothes, ink-printed products, etc., would all have the chance to stain the floor mat after contacting the floor mat. If the mat is stained under the above situation, please wipe it off with a mild detergent and a damp cloth as soon as possible. Because once the floor mat is dyed with colored materials or substances, there is a chance that the stains on the floor mat cannot be completely removed.
A note on patterns matching from mat to mat
When machine cuts on raw material that pattern film is laminated on it, it may cut at different points on the mat. The different cutting points on the raw material will make the final products with patterns not matching each another. Please see below illustration and understand this production limitation.
Allowable size and thickness deviation:
Due to the manufacturing procedures and the nature of the materials, the actual size and thickness of a finished product may deviate from the product description. The allowable deviation for thickness and dimension is ± 3%. All mats with size and thickness fall within this range are normal products. Customers should pay attention to this production limitation before purchasing.
Care Instruction for Dfang Products made of PU Leather [Please Read Before Purchase]
（Applicable to Play Steps, Platform, Bean Bed, Bean Sofa, Ramp, House）
The detachable PU cover of the above-mentioned Dfang products are made of high-quality fabric and are waterproof. Under normal usage, pet nails are not easy to scratch through the cover. Please follow the instructions further to make the product more durable.
· Avoid pets pulling products with their teeth
· Avoid pet nails scratching the product surface or continuously scratching on the product
· Avoid using bleach and strong detergent to clean the cover
· Keep the contact surface between the product and the ground dry. If the PU cover of the product is in contact with the wet ground for a long time, it may discolor
· Do not leave the product under sunlight for a long time. PU leather may crack due to prolonged sunlight.
· If the product is placed on a non-smooth ground, the uneven ground may damage the PU cover
Before you start using the products:
· Please make sure that the floor is clean and dry before putting the products on the surface.

· Do not place the product near fire
· Do not immerse the whole product in water
· For daily routine care, please wipe the cover with a wet towel and mild detergent
· Avoid cleaning the product with a brush
· Avoid using bleach and strong detergents to clean the product
· Please let the PU cover dry in a well-ventilated area after cleaning
· When cleaning the PU cover, make sure that the zipper is securely closed to prevent water from flowing inside the product.
· As pets defecate on the product, please clean up as soon as possible. If stains remain, clean them repeatedly to remove the stains.
· Avoid direct drying under sunlight or with a dryer. The PU cover may crack due to overheating
· Avoid using steam or vacuum cleaners to clean. Both the steam and the strong suction of the vacuum cleaner may damage the PU cover
Allowable size deviation:
Due to material nature, the actual size of product may deviate from the product specification. The allowable deviation of Dfang products with PU leather is ± 3cm. All products within this allowable range are normal products. Customer should note this limitation before purchase.
