We offer goods exchange if products are found defective. No refund can be done for items sold and delivered. Please note that for promotion items, we do not offer goods exchange. Please read terms as stated on the product page before purchase.
After you received the item, please check the product. If product is found defective, please report the case no later than 7 days after goods is received.
Please follow the following steps to file the case for our investigation:
- Take pictures of the defective item to show details
- Send us copy of sales invoice issued by our store that shows date of purchase and item purchased
- Email the details to dfang@parakeet.com.hk
- Your contact details for us to enquire the details of the case
Please note that all items for goods exchange must be packed in original packing and not used yet.
Once we received complete information of the case, we will reply the investigation result within7 working days.
Please note that no goods exchange will be arranged under the following situations:
- The damaged is done by buyer
- Gifts or Give-away items that are given under promotion events
- Items that are marked “no-exchange” on product page
- Size differences that are within tolerance level as stated on the product page
- Issues found on the products that are explained on “Points to Notes” on product page.
If we agreed to exchange the item, customers are requested to take the item to our office for exchange. Please understand that customer has to bare all the shipping costsincurred for exchanging the defective item.
Only one-time of goods exchange can be claimed per order.
